We have more than fifteen years of experience in the construction industry. It is an eye for detail and quality control that make our homes a stand out. Over the years we have developed a home that is energy efficient. Our clients are amazed at how warm the basements are. That's because our homes come with an ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) basement, which has an insulation rating of “R” 22. We're one of the few companies in the area that use this system.
Our president, Gary Orth, works one on one with our clients. He believes that each buyer is unique who builds with Cornerstone Specialties, LLC. As a result, he wants to establish a relationship with our clients to meet every expectation. |
