Grand Junction: Three neighborhood locations

Grand Junction, an east-coast style sandwich shop, opened a new location in South Fargo on August 1st. You may have been to one of their other locations in the area, either on 19th Avenue north or in Moorhead. The gourmet sandwich shop cooks your food right in front of you (no pre-cooked food here!), and is probably best known for it’s hot sandwhiches. Aside from their hot subs, they also feature cold subs and a small selection of soup and salad. They also serve fresh cut fries to make it a meal if you so choose.

Chan Nguyen, the owner of the south Fargo store, said that the store is a family-run business. He said that has cousin has been working with food for a long time, and he is excited to join the crew!   

Hours of operation are 11am-9pm Monday through Saturday, and 11am-8pm Sunday. The south Fargo store employees 6 to 7 people. Nguyen said the North location store opened four years ago, and the Moorhead store has been operating since 2000. The south Grand Junction is located at 3051 25th Street South in Fargo.
